Methods of payment
Once you have received your offer, to make a payment online, please visit Convera GlobalPay for Students.
You can call our Fees team on +44 (0)3301 759611 if you’d like to pay for your course over the phone with a credit or debit card. This is entirely secure and can be processed as soon as you have received your offer.
To arrange a bank transfer, contact the fees team via onlinefees@plymouth.ac.uk
The University of Plymouth works in full partnership with Cambridge Education Group (CEG) on their online courses, under the subsidiary name of Plymouth Online*.
As a result, you can expect to make your fees payments to the CEG Digital Ltd bank account and/or see the name CEG Digital Ltd on your bank or card statements. CEG Digital Ltd is the correct bank account as the subsidiary account for this partnership and you need to use this name when your bank asks for confirmation of the payee. It will also be the name you see appear on any statements.

Pay in instalments
You can pay for your course in full before it starts.
For upfront payments, funds need to be settled no later than three weeks before your course start date.
You can choose to make two annual payments.
Please note that the first instalment will need to be made no later than four weeks before your course start date.
If you’ve secured a student loan, you’ll be required to email us a copy of your loan schedule once you receive it, and the first instalment will need to be paid no later than two weeks after receiving your first loan payment.
This flexible payment plan allows you to split the cost of your course tuition into six payments over two years.
If you choose this method, the first payment needs to be made no later than four weeks before your course start date. And if you’re using a student loan, you’ll be required to email us a copy of your loan schedule once you receive it, and the first instalment will need to be paid no later than two weeks after receiving your first loan payment.
